When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. Your satisfaction as a customer is highly important to us. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us) we’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days. This 14 days period starts from the day you have received your order.

Proof of postage
We recommend that you send your package using a secure or traceable method - such as PostNL Track & Trace - and that you keep your proof of postage until you got a return confirmation from us per e-mail. Please note that À la is not responsible for lost returns and the shipping costs are for your own costs.
Processing your refund
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when your return has arrived in our warehouse. Most returns will process in approximately 1,5 week. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3 days after receiving your return. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days before the amount is credited to your account. Please note that our delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returning a gift
If you have received an À la product as a gift from someone and you are not happy with it, you are more than welcome to return it to us. If you don’t have a receipt or delivery note, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help right away.
We unfortunately offer no exchange, only refund. If you want to exchange an order, we recommend that you return the unwanted product(s) and place a new order for the product(s) that you want. We will refund once we received your return.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
