Refund policy
When you shop at À la collection, we hope you will love your newly purchased products. Your satisfaction as a customer is highly important to us. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us) we’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days. This 14 days period starts from the day you have received your order.

Keep in mind:
We recommend that you send your package using a secure or traceable method - such as PostNL Track & Trace - and that you keep your proof of postage until you got a return confirmation from us per e-mail. Please note that À la is not responsible for lost returns and the shipping costs are for your own costs.
Processing your refund:
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when your return has arrived in our warehouse. Most returns will process in approximately 1,5 week. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3 days after receiving your return. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days before the amount is credited to your account. Please note that our delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returning a gift:
If you have received an À la product as a gift from someone and you are not happy with it, you are more than welcome to return it to us. If you don’t have a receipt or delivery note, please send an e-mail to support@alacollection.com and we’ll help right away.
Exchange:
We offer no exchange, only refund. If you want to exchange an order, we recommend that you return the unwanted product(s) and place a new order for the product(s) that you want. We will refund once we received your return.
