Ordering & payment
When you have selected all your favorite À la products and added them to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart - suitcase - to see what you have added. You can now choose to continue shopping or remove some items. When you go to the checkout you get an overview of the order. Here you have the option to enter a discount code, if you have one.
If you still want to adjust your shopping cart, you can go back to your shopping cart if you click on ‘return to cart’.
After completing your order of choice, ordering and payment instructions will follow.
The following steps will occur when placing an order:
- First, fill in your personal details (name, email, phone number, delivery address). If you already have an account on our website, you can choose to log in and the fields will be filled in automatically.
- Then choose a preferred shipping method. You see the shipping costs appear on the right in the overview.
EU: FREE shipping on all orders over €30,-
Rest of the world: FREE shipping on all orders over €150,-
- Finally, choose a preferred payment method. You can choose between: iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact, Credit card, Apple Pay, Shop pay or pay later with Klarna.
- When we have received the payment, we will start processing your purchase and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Here you will find all the details of the order.
À la takes great care in making sure your package arrives safely. Ordered before 22:00, shipped today. All orders are shipped with PostNL and/or their international partners. All packages are provided with a Track & Trace number*. You can follow your order using your tracking number and the link on your shipment confirmation email. You can also find this tracking link in your account (if you have one) on our website. Smaller / low weight orders will be shipped without Track & Trace.
*Please note that mailbox packages with low weight will be shipped without Track & Trace.
Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
